Gordon Hughes

Company Director

• With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, having previously worked for a large Property Management Company in Dublin Gordon returned home to Ballinamore, Co Leitrim in 2001 & established his own practice.

  A former FG County Councillor he was also previously on the board of HSE West, Border Regional Authority & Leitrim Enterprise Company. In 2017 he acquired the successful practice of John Fitzgerald Auctioneers in Ratoath, Co Meath & rebranded the company as Gordon Hughes.

Valerie Fitzgerald

Consultant

• Valerie has a wealth of experience in the property market, having worked in the sector since 2000. A great track record with second hand and new homes sales!

Deborah Doran

Head of IT

• Originally from Kells in county Meath, Deborah joined our team in 2016 with a Level 7 B.Sc. in Business Computing and a Level 8 H.Dip in Computer Science. Previous experience in Archaeology & management. Currently studying for auctioneering qualification.

Rosemary Gilraine

Property Administrator Ballinamore Office

• Rosemary from County Roscommon joined our team in 2021. She completed her Bachelor of Business Honours Degree in General Business through IT Sligo in 2018 and has a background in customer service.

Helen Lardner

Office Manager - Ratoath Office

• Helen joined our team in 2018 bringing with her over 14 years’ experience in the property industry. She specialises in residential sales, valuations, lettings and property management with a strong background in landlord and tenant consultancy.

  Helen holds an honours degree in property studies and is a full member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Catherine McEnroy McNiff

Accounts Manager

• Catherine is a licensed auctioneer with experience in Sales, Valuations, Lettings and Property Management.

  She holds a Diploma in Auctioneering Valuations and Estate Agency from DIT Bolton Street and BSc Honours Degree in Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University. 

Axenia Ignat

Property Administrator

• Axenia joined our team in 2023. She has a Honour Degree in Interior Design and a Diploma in Business Administration & Psychology . She also has numerous years experience in customer service and administration.

Andrea Galvin

Property Administrator

• Andrea, a Ratoath local has joined our team in 2023 and has worked for over 20 years in Executive Administration, 14 of which were with a major US multinational and prior to that at one of Irelands leading 5 star Castle Hotels.

   

John Fitzgerald

• John has worked in the industry since 1998 until 2017, where he then took on a consultancy role within the company.

Elaine Byrne

Property Administrator

• Elaine, from Ratoath, joined our team in 2023 bringing with her a wealth of experience in customer service, administration and the insurance industry.

Carmen Barrientos

Property Administrator

• Carmen joined our team in 2023 as Property Administrator. She has a Bachelor in Legal and Social Sciences & has experience in real estate matters & especially in civil law.
